Role Description We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for remote work. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, management, and optimization of digital and editorial content. The role of the Content Marketing Manager is to ensure messaging and creative are aligned with Brand strategy across platforms. This function will publish, promote, and distribute content to raise Brand awareness, engage targeted audiences, and help generate business growth for the organization. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or a related field, with at least 5 years of content marketing experience, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong working knowledge of good brand management practices and protocols. Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides. Strong attention to detail and deadlines, good organizational skills, and high level of self-initiative. Proven effective, creative analytical thinker, and implementer. Knowledge of content marketing trends. Experience in planning and implementation of a diverse set of content marketing strategies. Experience working with business-to-business distribution and business-to-consumer product marketing. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various audiences. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Establish and maintain trust and credibility at all levels of the organization/System.
