If you share this passion to drive things forward and the integrity to insist on doing things the right way, we'll equip you to take your future into your own hands and play a leading role in our story.Job DescriptionEditing financial research written by analysts across a broad range of verticals with particular attention to accuracy, clarity, consistency, style and tone.Job requirements :Bachelor’s degree is required2-5 years of editing/writing experience preferredExperience within the financial industry, (buy-side/sell-side, financial news organization, etc.)Excellent communication, written and verbal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple deadlines; workload will vary based on the timing of releases, so you will need to be able to manage your time efficiently in such an environment.GfK needs to be able to convey its research messages to clients as clearly and concisely as possible. Thus, the role of the editor is not simply to correct grammar but to aid in our ability to deliver our content as succinctly as possible.Adequate understanding of the financial industry to edit what is being written and spot inconsistencies in an argumentCollaborative team player who can also work independentlyObsessive attention to detail and always striving for the highest quality of excellenceResponsibilities :Work with analysts with a range of experience and writing ability to create and publish releases delivered on a weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis across 20+ verticalsEnsure that content provides substantive conclusions based on the latest data and edit written content and charts to ensure that the

information is in-line with the datadata and conclusions are consistent throughout the releaseestimates and data in the text, charts and tables match that in the sell-out modelcontent is grammatically and stylistically correctwritten content is clearly and concisely written and in a neutral tone that does not imply a sell-side recommendation

Ensure that releases are written in accordance with GfK’s Style Guide

Help onboard new analysts to learn and write in accordance with the Style GuideProvide constructive feedback to analysts to help improve their writing ability

Occasional writing/editing of marketing materials

Participate in the daily team calls
