Associate Account Manager
is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and driving constant, profitable program growth.Responsibilities:Assist the Account Managers with day-to-day program management dutiesAcquire high-value partners into each client program and assist in getting them sales activeCreate focused affiliate recruitment plans, communication pieces and newslettersReview daily program applications and tag affiliates appropriatelyNegotiate partnerships and placements with new affiliatesManage, track and report recruitment activity within CRMAssist in client presentationsAssist in any affiliate program recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and reporting tasks as directed by the Account TeamWhat Key Skills and Experience are Needed?This is an Entry Level position; must have 1+ years of online marketing experience and/or sales/customer service experience.Must have experience using the Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Our Ideal Candidate:A strong, outgoing communicator, both in speaking and in writingPossess basic sales and negotiation skillsExceptional customer serviceability and the desire to go the extra mile to exceed expectationsAbility to identify areas of opportunity and be driven to find the best possible resultsThrives in a fast-paced, team environment with a hunger to constantly achieve more for themselves and othersSelf-motivated with the ability to hustle and work well under time constraints, as well as organized and prioritizes work effectively in order to meet deadlinesHighly personable; team-oriented and determined to provide the best service possibleHigh attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality workWhat You'll Enjoy from Us:A Curated Team:
