You will oversee client accounts, ensuring alignment with goals and promoting team growth. The goal for this role is to understand the needs of the client, target audiences, and our teams to establish structure and roadmaps to improve performance. You will report to the GVP SEO.Responsibilities:Address client needs, questions, and site performance challenges creativelyBuild strategic relationships with clients, agencies, and our teamsEducate clients on SEO fundamentals, the channel's role in the marketing mix, and its role in achieving brand goalsManage and improve team performance, efficiency, and deliverable qualityMonitor and optimize account performance, guide adoption and inspire creativityIdentify tactical knowledge gaps and create resources to guide efficiency of workflow and improve deliverable qualityFacilitate cross-departmental collaboration by working with team members to create holistic plans, optimizations, and reportsContribute to business scoping, financial tracking, resource management, and operational aspectsLead team reviews and career-centric meetingsLead cross-agency collaboration and establish workflow processes with partner agencies and vendors on behalf of clientsAmplify impact through proactive case study and best practice documentation, contribute to SEO team goalsQualifications

Knowledge:Expertise in SEO content, technical factors, and optimization best practicesExpertise in SEO performance monitoring tools (GA4, Adobe, GSC, and rank tracking tools)In-depth knowledge of media categories (planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic)Stay updated on industry trends, search engine updates, and algorithm changesAbility to improve strategic SEO approachesRequirements:Experience in enterprise client management and account planningCreate efficiencies and processes within a teamDemonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment to self-developmentExperience creating processes and efficiencies within a team or organizationExperience managing a team of 4+ individualsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of direct SEO experience; healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
