WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We are seeking a highly ambitious, results-driven leader to effectively manage revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives within Vespera Resort and Martin Resort sales operations. If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:Hospitality sales and management experience with a demonstrated path of progressive growth and a pattern of exceptional performanceThe desire to lead, develop, and mentor a growing team while ensuring outstanding guest serviceProven success in prospecting and closing leisure, corporate, and group businessAn understanding and enthusiasm of current tourism industry trends and consumer habitsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Oversees daily operational procedures to drive success in Vespera and Martin Resort’s sales and revenue objectivesManages the solicitation and development of group accounts and sales productionImplements effective sales techniques and coaching to aid in the growth and success of sales team members and leaders of profit-generating departmentsContributes to the resort’s strategic sales plan, ensuring goals are consistently met or exceededServes as a liaison amongst multiple departments to find creative ways to generate revenue and ensure a seamless, guest-centric experience for visitors and groupsEnsures pricing/revenue strategies are aligned to and competitive within the company’s strategic vision and area marketplaceIdentifies and develops opportunities for continuous improvement to maximize efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfactionDevelops and maintains strong professional relationships with area businesses and organizationsOversees staff procedures including scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective communication amongst associatesWork Hours:Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.Scheduling may include holidays, nights and weekends depending on travel and hotel events.This position requires to be in the central coast market.Compensation:
