Position Summary:

Propark Mobility is seeking a Digital Marketing and Analytics Expert to join our marketing team. This role requires expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce, managing channels like SEO, paid search, email, social media, and programmatic advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced skills in analytics and data visualization, with proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and staying updated with industry trends are also key aspects of this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Manage SEO efforts to maximize organic search visibility and rankings.

Oversee paid search campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.

Implement and optimize CRO strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.

Manage and optimize various marketing channels, including email, social media, and programmatic advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Analyze digital marketing metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations to guide marketing decisions.

Create and maintain dashboards and reports in data visualization tools to monitor performance and identify trends.

Understand and manage the setup of tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking to ensure accurate data collection and performance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and analytics technologies.

Develop and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, paid search, and CRO.

Proven e-commerce experience with a track record of enhancing online business performance.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools such as Looker and/or Tableau.

Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various financial technology and reporting applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
