The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and executing the company's content marketing strategy with the aim of driving traffic, engagement, and leads that ultimately convert to sales. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.What You'll DoDevelop a long-term growth strategy for partnership marketing effortsProvide the necessary collaterals to help secure new channel partners, as well as further develop relationships and execute joint marketing effortsBuild a robust content marketing program that to build, capture, and cultivate target audiencesLeverage email, social media, and other channels to maximize distribution of written contentDevelop downloadable forms of content, including but not limited to letters, forms, and templatesSupport partner, brand, and other marketing initiatives through blog posts and press announcementsCreate, document, and distribute standard operating procedures to improve efficiency of content marketingWork with and manage content contractors for blog, video, podcast, and other content channelsPartner with brand in establishing and executing a consistent style and tone of voice for all written communicationsWhat You'll Bring3+ years experience in content marketing, SEO, content management, and editing1+ years experience as team lead or channel manager1+ years working at a high-growth tech startupBroad knowledge of how content and SEO work with email, advertising, and social mediaVery proficient in using tools such as AHREFs, SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Search Console, and Google AnalyticsSkilled in distributing content on different social media platformsNice to Have:2 years experience working in proptech and/or insurtech2 years experience working in real estate, real estate investment, or property managementObie has you coveredBeing in the insurance industry, we understand the importance of comprehensive benefits for you and your family.
