We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The TeamAs a member of Noah Medical’s product marketing team, you will take ownership in developing and executing on the commercial strategy for Noah Medical’s first robotic platform, the Galaxy System. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product management, clinical and other cross functional partners to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan and grow and expand the Galaxy System across the US market. We are looking for a highly motivated, quality-oriented, mature marketing professional who is eager to take strategic ownership and lead a small but growing team.A Day In The Life Of Our Group Manager of Product Marketing:Develop comprehensive strategic and tactical plans for marketing initiatives, future product launches, and promotional campaigns that align with the company's priorities.Lead and coach a team of marketers to deliver on company priorities and marketing strategy. Grow the organizational structure to align with company demands.Understand the patient journey and key stakeholders' needs, customize Galaxy value propositions and key messages to stakeholders, and build targeted marketing initiatives to drive results.Analyze competitive activity and barriers to robotic adoption and develop strategies to overcome these.Collaborate with Marketing Communications to build and execute the omnichannel strategy, including digital marketing and trade shows.Work closely with sales training to build content for continued education.Partner closely with the sales team to understand gaps and needs and develop effective tools for the field.Identify, foster, and manage relationships with KOLs.Analyze clinical and market data to assess future messaging opportunities.Closely manage timelines across all activities to drive execution.Set metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing programs.About YouBachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other life science major. MBA is strongly preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry is required, including 4 or more years in a supervisory role.Experience working with physicians in an operating room environment.Start-up and robotic experience preferred.Ability to travel up to 30 - 40% of the time.Experience in driving a new disruptive technology from launch to standard-of-care.Experience and track record in developing and launching marketing initiatives in the healthcare space to drive business results.Experience translating complex clinical evidence and health economics data to support value propositions and build commercial messaging.Experience in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and sales organizations to drive campaign execution.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of marketing professionals.Experience working with Interventional Pulmonologists and Thoracic Surgeons.Workplace Type:
