must have

at least five years of content and/or community marketing experience at a Series A/B venture-backed B2B SaaS startup, ideally within fintech or ecommerce, marketing to SMB/Mid-Market customers. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead the strategy, development, execution, and continuous optimization of content and community marketing efforts. We’ll harness your innovation and creativity to reach more ecommerce sellers looking to grow their business and spend less of their focus determining if their inventory, sales, and accounting is accurate.Here’s what you’ll drive:Develop content and community strategies that help drive thought-leadership, growth, and sales enablement.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer teams to identify and produce relevant, original, high-quality content for all stages of the buyer journey.Use your experience in the ecommerce or accounting industry and deepen your knowledge to become an expert in the needs of our customers so you can successfully meet them with the right content, in the right place, at the right time.Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent (in style, quality, and tone of voice), and optimized for search and user experience.Work closely with Growth Marketing to create strong call-to-actions for marketing campaigns and promote content on social media and communities.Identify relevant communities where our audience is active, and find ways to become a part of the conversation in a way that adds value and generates interest in our brand and product offering.Determine relevant topics for future content through a variety of methods, including social and community channel monitoring, data reporting, and customer feedback.Write, edit, and provide feedback on a variety of content assets. Provide direction to supporting writers and graphic designers on the ideation and production of content.Drive quality traffic and interaction to the public website that ultimately results in qualified leads.Key Areas of Responsibility:Must have

at least 5 years of content and community marketing experience at a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup selling to SMB/Mid-Market customers.Ideally have experience at a fintech or ecommerce Series A/B startup or have relevant domain knowledge.Strong understanding of an integrated marketing approach.You are a creative writer.
