We have an immediate opening for a contract graphic designer who has expertise in bringing brand experiences to life across all digital channels including landing pages, banners, email and social media campaigns and more for a leading US retailer. We are seeking a designer who is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and competence in ideating and conceptualizing visually stunning design solutions for digital applications and experiences, but also understands the importance of connecting with consumers on a deeper level to inspire loyalty. As part of our creative and strategic digital retail team, you will have the opportunity to implement digital design solutions end-to-end and be part of an exciting team on digital projects that push boundaries. The contract designer will work closely with our creative directors, art directors, strategists, copywriters and production teams on digital projects from beginning to end.Qualified candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in graphic or communications designMinimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role with a focus on digital channel applicationsAbility to translate marketing strategies into compelling and clear graphic design solutions.Ability to work with minimal oversight on multiple projects at once.Expertise in Figma, components, and collaborative web applications for graphic interface design systemsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)An understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SketchStrong typography, composition, and an understanding of quality UX practicesA portfolio showcasing mastery in graphic design across multiple digital channels.Experience with AI tools and their abilities to integrate them into design processes for enhanced creativity and efficiencyThe ability to work independently and collaboratively, and take direction from art and creative directorsExcellent communication skillsAt (add)ventures, we pride ourselves on being a multidisciplinary brand culture and communications firm that goes above and beyond for our clients.
