We are looking for a full-time Paid Social Advertising Manager who is strategically minded to help us grow our clients’ businesses worldwide. This is an in-office position.You AreInquisitive, analytical, detail-oriented, and love learning about how businesses work and operate. You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time, trying new things, and are excited by a challenge. You are a data-oriented growth marketing professional with experience working in-house or at an agency managing a range of budgets. Your specialties include paid channels and attribution. You are comfortable speaking with clients about their marketing strategies.What You’ll DoRapidly assess, forecast, propose, and execute paid social programs and campaigns that deliver e-commerce sales and leads for our clients.Own the day-to-day hands-on paid social campaign management.Campaign planning, setup, creative briefs, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)Build and manage paid social media plans, track budgets and forecasts, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, and pinpoint new opportunities for growth and expansion.Constantly build and test hypotheses and campaign variables to optimize ad spend and drive efficiency.Create compelling social ad creatives and copy.Help create landing pages that drive conversions: ideation, structure, design elements, copy, optimization, and more.Research trends and report competitive market activities; keep pace with social media platform changes, trends, and cutting-edge tactics; apply learnings quickly to campaigns.Education & Experience Required5+ years of relevant experience.4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field.E-commerce experience is a huge plus.Experience managing a range of paid social campaign budgets.Experience running ads via their native platforms (vs. managing an agency).Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to clients such as CAC, ROAS, etc.Deep understanding of paid social advertising campaign management and optimization practices.Experience running clean A/B creative and audience tests.Software Experience RequiredMeta/FB Business Manager and associated tools (Ad Manager, Partner Manager, Events, Automated Rules, Data Sources, Campaign Planner, etc.).LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Microsoft Excel data management and advanced analysis and reporting functions.Google Analytics.Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other design tools.Knowledge of basic CMS platforms: Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, etc.Knowledge of G Suite, especially Sheets and Slides.Skills & Abilities RequiredA self-starter who is proactive and dedicated to getting results.No task is too big or too small – you instinctively do whatever it takes to help our clients achieve their goals.Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.You have an eye for design and can work with very high-end, exclusive companies while adhering to strict brand guidelines.Ability to generate, articulate, and present creative ideas and strategies.Additional languages spoken a plus (particularly Spanish, Italian, or German).Knowledge or passion for the luxury furniture and design industry is a huge plus.What We Provide In ReturnSTAPHAUS provides a robust total rewards package, including competitive compensation packages, generous PTO, medical and dental insurance, and performance bonuses.
