Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Amazon is seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of Engineering, PV Mobile & Fire TV and Sr. Principal Scientists for Prime Video.Key job responsibilitiesThis role requires a strong attention to detail, high judgment, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests from across our team. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. In addition to calendaring, travel, and expenses, you will assist with multiple projects including participation in or ownership of:Quarterly reportingTracking and reporting on Team GoalsTeam Annual Talent ReviewsAnnual Operations PlanningProjects to enhance communication and collaboration within the group and across geographiesProjects to build and maintain mechanisms to continually improve efficiency in planning and reporting within the teamWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications5+ years of executive assistant experience5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experienceExperience with executive level calendar managementExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsHigh school or equivalent diplomaPreferred QualificationsExperience leading process improvementsExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience designing processes to maximize efficiencyExperience with domestic or international travel coordinationAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
