Dynata is looking for a Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be a critical role on the Marketing team to help drive measurable business results. You'll be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and increase customer retention across multiple business segments.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking and leverage best-in-class technology to execute multi-channel campaigns, build reports to measure success and ultimately extract campaign insights for continued optimization.

In this role, you’ll

In this role you will work with stakeholders across Sales/Segment Leaders, Creative, and Revenue Operations in addition to external agencies (media) across several business segments.KPI’s include funnel metrics achievement for ‘enterprise sales’ products (MQL’s through to pipeline generation).Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to generate qualified leads - from paid digital advertising and media, through email, you’ll be responsible for helping to develop Dynata’s demand generation campaign program.Leverage relevant, high-performing content for campaigns and ensure messaging is consistent across all channels.Analyze campaign results, implement optimizations, and identify incremental campaign opportunities.Optimized user journeys (using segments developed by Marketing Ops) - improving our onboarding process / MQL from nurture and evaluate our user journey through retention streams.Vet lead quality and nurture leads that don’t meet sales qualification (ie size etc) with custom outreach / leading to sales outreach.

MQL, CPL, CPM, Ad Engagement rate, ROAS by segment

What You’ll Need

Experience in developing and delivering against goals for MQL, Qualified leads and pipeline (and in some cases developing dashboards/reporting) with CPM, CPL and and ROAS goals.Experience in Hubspot, Google Analytics and ad channels including 6Sense, Linkedin, GDN.Experience in recommending and managing media agencies to achieve performance outcomes.SEO experience.Copywriting experience for B2B marketing campaigns including storyboards and creative briefs.Ability to operate independently and effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines.5+ years of experience in marketing demand generation and B2B marketing role.Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.

The salary range for this position in is $100K-$120K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
