Our products have helped shape nearly every commercial automobile on the road for over 15 years worldwide.About the RoleThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Too Corporation Americas' products and brand. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the arts and experience in the consumer goods industry.The right candidate is a team player with the ability to work across departments with disparate needs, excels in creative problem-solving, and thrives on being challenged by process creation, review, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to support one of the biggest suppliers to the creative community, where your responsibilities will increase exponentially with your ability.A Day in the Life of Our Marketing Manager:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Too Corporation Americas' products, particularly COPIC Markers.Quarterback and assist with execution of the integrated marketing plan across both digital and physical sales and promotional channels.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, videos, and social media content.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.Plan and execute events, trade shows, and workshops to showcase Too Corporation Americas' products and engage with customers.Build and maintain relationships with creators, artists, designers, and other key partners to promote the brand and products.Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products and marketing initiatives.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental and company objectives.About YouBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or art supplies industry.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.Passion for art and design, with knowledge of the industry and its trends.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Employee discounts on Too Corporation Americas products.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
