This role will lead cross-organizational direct-to-consumer projects to execute on business strategies, objectives and deliverables. It will lead or provide support to multiple business partners, ensuring timelines, budgets, and commitments are met or exceeded, and that there is exceptional communication throughout the process to team members, leaders, and stakeholders. He or she will work closely with business partners, vendors and technology partners to develop, deliver and support direct-to-consumer marketing capabilities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Come and apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate and refine cross-functional business strategies into client-focused omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results, enabled by a results-focused culture that sets and drives toward key performance indicators. Effectively communicate and develop or support strong working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including business partners, legal, compliance, content, brand/advertising, technology, product and sales.Lead direct-to-consumer marketing projects from concept through launch including working cross organizationally and with external vendors. Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are developed, communicated and met while providing exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process. Work closely with or lead business partners, creative agencies, project managers, content providers, analytics and technical leads to evaluate multiple courses of action on a project and assess impact on targeted deliverables.Work cross-organizationally with business partners and act as the primary point of contact for Direct-to-Consumer Marketing. Ensure that all developments are implemented in a timely, accurate and high quality manner to support campaign initiatives. Work with business and technology partners in a highly matrixed organization, managing key stakeholder relationships with Direct-to-Consumer Marketing. Interact with and influence key leaders, including executive leadership.Identify, understand and assess end user needs, satisfaction drivers, technology trends, and business goals. Use these insights to drive innovation within the direct-to-consumer experience while balancing business realities (staff, budget, culture, scalability).Required QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent7 to 10 years Relevant ExperienceBroad knowledge of Direct to Consumer marketing strategies, capabilities and technologiesKnowledge of email, mobile and direct mail marketing best practicesExperience developing cross-channel marketing journeysExperienced marketing manager with 7 to 10 years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsAbility to work through ambiguityFinancial services industry experience; Banking or credit union experience desiredStrength at presenting using Microsoft PowerPoint; experience using excelAbout Our Company
