And of course, keeping up speed with quick deadlines is key to our collective success.Key Responsibilities:- Researching and pitching to media outlets.- Develop and manage media lists and databases.- Taking part in brainstorming sessions and suggesting innovative ideas.- Developing and distributing press releases and media alerts.- Create, edit, and proofread social media content for several brands and manage calendars- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Metadata, Keyword Search, etc., to maximize copy's reach.- Research and document media coverage and track metrics.- Develop positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, media, and vendors.- Assist with the organization and execution of various events.- Answering phones, responding to emails and inquiries, and performing other administrative tasks.- And other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field required;- 1-3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications;- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once;- Experience with stakeholder management, including customers, employees, media, and influencers;- Knowledge of social media and content creation;- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of communications initiatives;- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on tactical initiatives quickly and efficiently.
