The Environment and Supply Chain Innovation (ESCI) group is seeking a skilled Project Manager, with not only a proven ability to project manage highly complex projects, but also strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as ability to creatively problem solve. This role also requires a deep understanding of supply chains, manufacturing development cycles, and safety. A successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage work processes to uphold Apple’s safety values throughout our supply chain.If you are ready to take on this challenge and join a dynamic team committed to protecting people, we encourage you to apply.**Description**- Strategically develop and implement safety and health workflows to drive results and confidence in effective risk management across Apple’s global supply chain - Develop efficient and effective work processes, establishing project plans, driving accountability to on-time deliverables, stakeholder communications, ensuring project objectives are met and results are compiled for leadership communications - Challenge generally accepted supply chain, design, and feature rules to expedite progress towards proactive safety solutions; work towards cross-functional implementation. - Deliver high-quality results on time, taking ownership of issues and tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency, and making hard calls when needed**Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree in Project Management, Environment Health & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Machine Safety or a related field.+ 7+ years of relevant experience**Key Qualifications****Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in the electronics industry (supply chain)+ Proficient in Apple applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)+ Knowledge and awareness of risk assessment tools and methodologies+ Experience developing effective management systems+ Understanding of continuous improvement cycle and effective applications+ 2 or more years EHS experience+ Strong project management skills or certification+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.+ Analytical/problem solving skills+ Possesses excellent writing skills and is an effective communicator with detailed project management skills.+ Ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop specific and deliberate ways to drive impact.+ Able to travel internationally (up to 10%)+ Flexibility and comfort working in a constantly evolving environment**Education & Experience****Additional Requirements****Pay & Benefits**+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
