The Digital Solutions Creator is a Vice President is a position within Productivity Digital Solutions that is responsible for creating digital solutions in one or more digital tools and leading and managing the related projects to do so. The Digital Solutions Creator also provides advice to larger projects and assesses opportunities for efficiencies at Citi.Citi Productivity increases engagement, empowerment, and innovation so Citi can compete more effectively in a world of relentless technological, behavioral, and societal change. The Productivity organization creates solutions that ignite Citi's talent ecosystem, deploying digital tools and simplifying operating models and processes that transform our business and Functions.Productivity Digital Solutions enables efficiency by deploying and managing platforms for end-users to create compliant solutions within, creating digital solutions, and providing advice on larger projects with a tech component.Must live in the NYC area, as the role requires you to be on site three times a week.**Responsibilities:**+ Core Responsibility: Create digital solutions in Tableau to provide (internal) clients dashboards that visualize the data they need for information, control, and decision making.+ Core Responsibility: Be familiar with other digital tools -e.g. Python, KNIME, Appian and be able to create or advise on creation in these tools+ Core Responsibility: Manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital solutions for teams+ Core Responsibility: Identify and mitigate risk and enable compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.+ Secondary Responsibility: Provide relevant advice for larger ongoing projects+ Tertiary Responsibility: Mentor junior team members+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.**Qualifications:**+ 8+ Years of Experience+ Experience creating and deploying digital solutions (e.g. data transformation, visualization, etc.)+ Technical expertise in data visualization and transformation, with a focus on Tableau+ Experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or process simplification+ Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint required+ Program/Project Management Skills+ Leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators+ Strong strategic thinking and organization skills+ Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and possess a bold, curious and determined approach while being a strong team player+ Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to digital solutions and efficiency at Citi**Education:**+ Bachelor's degree in business / finance / engineering / computer science (or a related discipline)**Job Family Group:**Business Strategy, Management & Administration**Job Family:**Business Process Re-Engineering**Time Type:**Full time**Primary Location:**New York New York United States**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$129,840.00 - $194,760.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
