Our Design department is seeking a talented, seasoned Design Director, Presentation to lead design efforts on new business projects from plugging in, to creative assignments, to deck design, to pitching. for new business pitches and internal projects. Candidates will collaborate with new business and creative teams and serve as the design lead on new business, strategy and client presentations.Job Responsibilities+ Elevate design standards on pitch decks, credentials decks, and on agency branding initiatives+ Assist in marketing and agency design efforts+ Assisting with creative development and design+ Uses Powerpoint in addition to InDesign and Keynote+ Work on existing client work and decks, if time and bandwidth allow+ Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber+ Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads+ Photoshop compositing+ Training other members of the Design team on deck builds+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirementsBasic Qualifications+ Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions+ 3+ years of experience in a senior-level Design rolePreferred Qualifications+ A strong eye for typography, color, and layout+ Can effectively translate heavy content into thoughtful and visually appealing layouts+ Possess strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills+ Must be comfortable in a client-facing role+ Utilize strong data visualization skills+ Design sensibility — possess a clean and current design sense+ Understanding of design process, beyond just campaign work+ Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign, and any new and emerging design-specific software+ Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and management+ Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
