Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is an out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest Garcia II, founder of DriveTime. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes the growth of our people!**Job Summary:**The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing B2B marketing strategies for the company. Will assist in creating compelling content, tracking online channel analytics, and amplifying the Verde Outdoor brand across multiple touchpoints.**Essential Job Functions:**+ Assist in creating engaging and persuasive content for various platforms including social media, websites, press releases, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.+ Cultivate and maintain relationships across markets to support marketing and sales efforts.+ Support the development and execution of social media strategies, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.+ Monitor and report on online channel analytics, including web traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.+ Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build out and continuously enhance Verde Outdoor’s presence within its markets and general industry.+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.**Supervisory Responsibilities:**+ None._Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice._**Required Skills/Abilities:**+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain consistency.+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**Education and Experience:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.+ Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing.+ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is preferred.+ Familiarity with social media platforms.**So What About the Perks?
