The person who fills this role will be a key member of the corporate communications team and will assist in social media management, website management and content development, ensuring our online presence is engaging, up-to-date and optimized. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.+ **Website Management:** Execute and oversee website changes, ensuring content is current and aligns with brand standards.+ **Content Development:** Develop and manage editorial calendars for corporate and brand websites as well as social media accounts. Create and optimize content for corporate and brand websites to improve search engine visibility and audience engagement. Create, coordinate and execute social media content as needed.+ **Social Media Management:** Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts. Schedule and post content, engage with the online community, and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.+ **Social Listening:** Support social listening efforts to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and issues as they arise. Provide insights and recommendations based on social listening data.+ **Copywriting:** Write and edit copy for web and social media platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.+ **Reporting and analytics:** Analyze and report on website and social media performance using various tools and metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement based on data and analytics.**Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.****QUALIFICATIONS:**Required+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging and brand-consistent copy.+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.+ Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new tools, technologies and industry trends and an ability to quickly adapt to changes.+ Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
