JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for applying project methodology, supporting members of the marketing and communications in maintaining projects. Project management and execution of marketing and communication activities including high profile individuals, unforeseen incidents, community partnerships news, government affairs and RCHSD executive team engagement. Project management and reporting for overall marketing and communications functions/activities. This job has four major focus areas:•Apply formal project management methodologies for project implementation and development of projects to bring projects in on time and budget; which includes but not limited to managing leadership calendars, email, and/or analyze information received through various channels to meet project objectives and deadlines.•Reporting out of project management systems•Responsible for supporting project directors on large enterprise projects; and•Responsible for project management and execution of marketing and communications functions and organizational communications and team synergy.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree5 Years of ExperienceArea of study in a related field such as marketing, communication, or business administrationMedia industry knowledgePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master's DegreeExtensive hospital industry knowledge3 years of current management experienceThe ability to direct and develop others**The expected hiring range for this position is $45.75 - $62.90**Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
