Lenovo’s workstation brand is built on the pillars of performance and reliability, through our innovation and design, we empower our customers by understanding the exact needs, technical requirements and business outcomes.As part of the Worldwide Commercial Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Workstation Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth in Lenovo’s workstation business. This team member will support the global marketing strategy and execute product/solution marketing plans that elevate and drive awareness for Lenovo’s ThinkStation and ThinkPad P Series workstation portfolio.Working closely with our workstation business unit, you will also be responsible for develping and presenting Lenovo workstation product and solutions to a wide range of audiences internally and externally. A primary key for success in the role will be your ability to collaborate across multiple teams/disciplines including Product Management, Vertical Segement Managers, Regional Marketing, Web, Sales Enablement/Training, Channel Marketing, and Alliance partners.**Key responsibilities include:**+ Work closely with global solutions marketing and workstation business teams to align business goals and convert these goals into meaningful marketing product and solutions content that deliver engagement, leads, revenue, sales & profit.+ Manage marketing cadences with the extended marketing teams across multiple regions+ Manage product launch readiness for key announcements and milestones, identifying the key messages and ensuring clear communication between relevant stakeholders.+ Lead the development of the product messaging strategy, sales enablement collateral, content, creative development and agency management+ Align brand narratives and business objectives with the team’s content strategies.+ Own performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of developed marketing materials. Work with the marketing operations team to setup and manage performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting.**Basic Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.+ 8+ years of experience and proven track record in executing successful B2B product/solutions marketing content.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Excellent organization and proven project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment and successfully operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.+ Self-Starter with strong work ethic and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with strong attention to detail+ Excellent technical acumen, with a history of taking complicated solutions and building simple, impactful marketing assets and programs.+ Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners.+ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.+ Candidates must have excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $150k - 170K.
