Growing together.**In this role, you will provide learning support to internal customers through the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. You will consult and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as peers across the Optum Learn (OL) team. You will work across the full spectrum of learning support – new development, management of existing content, delivery of instructor-led learning experiences as well as scheduled and ad-hoc communications – to increase the performance of our customersYou’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.**Primary Responsibilities:**+ Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and customer leadership to identify learning needs+ Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions+ Deliver classroom (in person/virtual) learning experiences+ Coach employees towards enhanced performance of role-specific skills+ Collaborate with peers across the training organization to evaluate and improve learning solutions+ Communicate effectively with customers, learning audience and peersYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.**Required Qualifications:**+ 2+ years of experience in designing/developing learning content OR delivering classroom learning experiences+ Demonstrated ability utilizing Microsoft Office tools to develop learning solutions+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically, solve problems and manage/prioritize time**Preferred Qualifications:**+ BA/BS degree+ 2+ years of experience in performing project management tasks+ 2+ years of experience working within the Healthcare industry+ Demonstrated ability utilizing Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint to develop learning solutions+ Demonstrated ability managing learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS)+ Demonstrated ability using high quality visual design principles to create learning content*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.**California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only:** The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
