We invite you to explore the opportunity to join us and grow your career with us.Role SummaryAs an Advisor Marketing Consultant, you will partner with cross-functional teams to assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing plans. Efforts will be focused on increasing awareness of T. Rowe Price while positioning our products and value-added offers as differentiated solutions for Advisors, Third Party Administrators, and their clients. In addition, you will support Salesforce tasks and measurement efforts in partnership with SMEs to ensure that our team can continue to iterate and deliver our messaging to the next level in support of reaching our collective goals.Responsibilities+ Maintains existing Advisor Marketing-owned content, including webpages and sales support materials to ensure we are leveraging the latest data and claims, while remaining compliant+ Assists Marketing Managers with ad hoc support as needed, including submitting materials through proofreading and legal+ Supports Sales and Marketing with audience segmentation, generating audience files, deploying Sales Signals based on campaign engagement and updating territories and assignments within Salesforce, in partnership with internal SMEs+ Conducts data gathering and reporting of activities for assigned campaigns+ Understands test & learn agenda of the team, aligning reporting needs accordingly+ Creates and maintains reporting views that allow us to benchmark against similar campaigns and broader team efforts in the spirit of continuing to iterate and improve our messagingQualificationsRequired:+ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND+ 2+ years of total relevant work experience+ Experience with measuring marketing plans+ Project management and organizational skills, including high attention to detail+ Ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing independently and consulting with stakeholders as needed+ Team player who can work independentlyPreferred:+ Solid knowledge of Advisors and Third-Party Administrators+ Familiarity with the financial services industry+ Experience with CRM system(s), preferably Salesforce+ Knowledge of Adobe reporting capabilities and TableauFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work up to two days a week.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:We strive for equity, equality, and opportunity for all associates.
