Through integrated marketing programs, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.**The opportunity**As part of a highly collaborative Brand and Marketing team, you’ll be contributing to and supporting the design, development and activation of integrated marketing campaigns for the EY Americas Family Enterprise and EY Private Tax lines of business. You will help deliver high-quality and successful go-to-market campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives, with a focus on leading or coordinating specific marketing activities.**Your key responsibilities**You’ll codevelop and execute the brand and marketing campaigns for Family Enterprise, working under the guidance of the Family Enterprise Marketing Associate Director to make certain Marketing programs are in alignment with the business strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the EY Private Tax practice to develop a marketing plan for the service line. As you’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders from all areas of EY, you’ll have the opportunity to share knowledge and thought leadership across the firm. Collaboration with your peers in geo marketing, digital marketing, public relations, communications, creative services, paid media, and global delivery services will be essential to executing best-in-class, integrated marketing programs.**Your remit includes:**+ Support signature program and event strategy and execution for the business, including the Family Enterprise Summits.+ Development and distribution of content through digital marketing campaigns.+ Maintain and optimize the Family Enterprise and Private Tax presence on external and internal channels, including ey.com, social media channels, and EY SharePoint sites.+ Leverage global content to drive awareness and preference, working with colleagues across the BMC network to activate the programs.+ Team with Communications & Engagement to strengthen the ability of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors to take our Family Enterprise and Private Tax stories to market and to utilize our assets with current clients.**Skills and attributes for success**+ Proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing and ability to drive the build of engaging content behind strategic initiatives.+ Ability to project manage complex events and programs and drive relationship building efforts at all levels, internally and externally.+ Adept at creating strategic, targeted and impactful go-to-market initiatives with adherence to EY Brand and Editorial Guidelines.+ Demonstrate understanding of advanced principles and concepts for the marketing initiatives.+ Demonstrate understanding of the business environment affecting the firm, the practice and our markets.+ Work independently on marketing activities.+ Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.**To qualify for the role, you must have**+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience+ Five to eight-plus years of relevant marketing experience+ Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical thinking skills+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening and interpretation skills**Ideally, you’ll also have**+ Proficient in Windows, MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint**What we look for**We’re interested in knowledgeable professionals ready to take ownership for spotting trends and improving our processes. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
