DescriptionThe Editorial Strategy and Solutions (ESAS) team is looking for a Program Manager to support content projects that improve selling and vendor partner experience globally.We are looking for enthusiastic, candidates with attention to detail in handling intake, triage and prioritization of content projects received from various lines of business within Amazon. In addition to handling intake/triage of projects, the Program Manager has to be a single threaded owner in driving end to end programs that impact the business and the editorial. You will collaborate with business stakeholders both inside and outside Selling Partner Support; build collaborative relationships with these partners. You will provide regular program updates to senior management.Key job responsibilities4+ years of program or project management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Experienced with admin level data handling using tools like Quick Sight, Power BI, Adobe Workfront etc for data retrieval, analysis, and presentation through dashboardsTechnical knowledge and acumen to identify opportunities for automation and executeCreate, maintain, and disseminate reports to stakeholders and leadershipExposure to continuous process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six SigmaExposure to using LLM solutions.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
