Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.**The Role**The Strategy and Change Management team within Business Operations is pivotal in ensuring operational readiness for project intake requests. This encompasses a comprehensive suite of services including written communications, SharePoint design, training, and change management. This Sr Program Manager role will support our strategy for our new Custom Networks Organization while driving collaboration with other segments of the Enterprise Operations space.**The Main Responsibilities**Craft clear, compelling, and engaging written communications content with emphasis on accuracy for various executives, including emails, alerts, newsletters etc,•Plan, manage and execute a communications plan and provide solutions for strategic initiatives and change management activities•Lead SharePoint strategy and design, fostering automation and digital workspace efficiency•Establish and grow collaborative relationships across the Enterprise Operations organization and with key stakeholders and partners.•Prioritize project intake effectively, ensuring that critical operations are addressed promptly.•Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and address the requirements for communication, change, and training.**What We Look For in a Candidate**•We are seeking a passionate and innovative written communication specialist with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented, strategic, and creative thinker with a detailed focus on the implementation and ongoing execution of programs in the field.•Must be self-directed, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, continually changing environment as a shared service.•Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Office tools, especially for SharePoint site development.•Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all operations are compliant with relevant standards and well-documented•Performance consulting experience identifying business needs, determining their causes, and developing strategies to address them through communication or automation•Interpersonal Skills: To maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAdditional considerations:•Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, or related experience.•3 years’ experience with Communication Skills: Written and Verbal Communication including Executive Communication and ghost writing.•Experience creating Executive Newsletters, emails and BAU communications across the organization.•Ability to actively listen and effectively convey information including up to executives.\#CNP**Compensation**The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
