CarePlus provides Medicare Advantage plans to members across 21 Florida counties, including a large focus on dual-eligible plans for members who have both Medicare and Medicaid. CarePlus' growing Marketing team is searching for an engaged and analytic-minded marketer, writer, and communicator who is passionate to help build and update our sales enablement library of marketing flyers, brochures, presentations, and training guides while building relationships with key stakeholders through positive and proactive communication. This is a nationwide remote role.As the Product Marketer 2 you will report to a Lead of the CarePlus Marketing team and working side-by-side with another product marketer. You will be responsible for drafting or updating copy documents and versioning grids, ensuring compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), communicating with our design team on creative output, uploading materials to the appropriate channels, and increasing utilization and satisfaction from our sales teams. Your contribution will directly contribute to the prospecting efforts, membership acquisition, and retention capabilities of our agents and brokers.**Key Role Functions**+ Help build and manage a roadmap of yearly marketing materials needed to support our agents and brokers with our annually updated suite of products, especially during Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period+ Draft brochures, flyers, greeting cards, video scripts, social media posts, and similar - and oversee production through design production, compliance checks, and uploads+ Build short guides, one-pagers, and PowerPoint slides to help equip our Humana/CarePlus agents and brokers with information that's unique for CarePlus+ Contribute to the content and strategic planning of our yearly enrollment book, including analyzing trends, estimating print quantities, mapping versions across markets, communicating key deadlines, and developing content**You'll really impress us if you're...**+ Passionate about marketing and have marketing experience and/or education+ A natural content developer with a knack for writing and editing, and a creative eye+ Familiar with generative AI, but equally able to ideate and create on your own+ Data-driven and excited to analyze trends to inform strategic decisions+ Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects from start to finish+ A team player who enjoys collaborating and wearing multiple hats to get the job done+ Friendly and communicative in order to build relationships, discuss ideas, and collectively achieve even better results+ Familiar with our Florida service areas; based in South Florida or the Tampa area is a plus+ Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus**Use your skills to make an impact****Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent related work experience+ 2+ years of business communications, marketing strategy, digital marketing and/or media marketing experience+ Positive track record of driving customer engagement with new products, services, and/or experiences+ Data-driven marketer with an ability to leverage data and insights and translate them into winning marketing strategies+ Deep empathy for the customer and ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications+ Persuasive storyteller who has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders; executive presence+ Expert knowledge and use of marketing frameworks+ Strategically oriented, critical thinker, resourceful, influential, problem solver+ Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes+ Strong bias for results, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through+ **Must be able to consistently work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (M-F)****Preferred Qualifications**+ Based in South Florida or the Tampa area+ Bilingual English and Spanish+ Familiar with Adobe products+ Experience working in the health care industry+ Experience in performance marketing**Additional Information/Requirements**To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership+ Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationHumana offers a variety of benefits to promote the best health and well-being of our employees and their families.
