As McAfee transitions from an enterprise B2B focus to a human-centered, consumer-first approach, you will lead the charge in reshaping our user experiences to meet the evolving needs of millions of consumers worldwide.You will report to the VP of User Experience Design and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to create innovative and intuitive solutions that reflect McAfee's commitment to personal security. Your leadership will help to craft a cohesive design vision that balances user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our products not only protect but also empower users in their daily lives.This role is located on the West Coast of the United States with a strong preference for San Francisco Bay area.
