Ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, be organized and driven, and possess a keen attention to detail. This is a hybrid position requiring some work in the office and attending events, with flexibility to work remotely otherwise. Applicants must be located in the greater Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate.Responsibilities:Develop and execute all aspects of the company marketing plan including+ Market, coordinate, and manage webinars, including sourcing and engaging potential attendees+ Research and draft articles for the company blog, showcasing industry insights and company news+ Oversee and update all content on RiversAgile.com, including blogs, job postings, company news, and event announcements+ Create original graphics, edit photos, manage and improve company branding, and assist the sales team and other employees with creating assets that align with company branding+ Help assemble and beautify short-form reports and infographics, to improve deliverables on active projects+ Monitor and analyze web and social media analytics to refine strategies and measure impact+ Plan and execute email campaigns in collaboration with the sales team, managing messaging and scheduling+ Develop new content such as sales sheets and case studies to support company initiatives+ Organize and coordinate all local events, from sponsorships to hosting, while maintaining a presence in the Pittsburgh area+ Identify and submit applications for relevant awards, collaborating with clients when necessary+ Provide support for client and sales materials, from initial proposals to final presentations, highlighting the company’s impact+ Assist in creating Request For Proposal responses by including company background, leadership bios, and case studiesDesired CompetenciesIdeal candidates will possess all of the following traits:+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field with 2+ years of

experience and success in a comprehensive marketing role+ Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams+ Skillful in graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)+ Exceptional storytelling skills backed by experience in copywriting and content creation+ Proficient experience in social media channels including, but not limited to, Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+ + Experience using campaign management and CRM software including HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.+ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with various vendors+ Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities for daily activities+ Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversightPowered by JazzHR
