Job DescriptionA large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join a growing team. seeking a L2 Associate Marketing Manager to work on Fortnite Festival and other music initiatives. The role includes supporting the management of IP Go-to-Market plans as well as collaboration with cross-functional publishing teams. The role also includes collaboration with Creative Services and Communications - including a focus on facilitating the production, approvals, and execution of marketing tactics.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with the Marketing team to support IP GTM initiatives.Manage weekly jam track releases with a high attention to detail, effectively communicating plans to the team and reviewing marketing creative for accuracyEnsure Go-to-Market programs are seamless, efficient, and visible to cross-teams, ensuring documentation is up-to-date.Facilitate weekly reporting, data collection and high-level analysis to drive post-mortem discussions and actionable next steps.Manages assets with external partners and acts as a key communication point between external and internal teams.
