Available with every solution we offer, our engaging Financial Wellness program provides employees with knowledge, tools, and support to help them make the most of their benefits and achieve their life goals.Are you passionate about digital marketing and want to be part of the digital evolution of a global financial brand?Morgan Stanley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing to be responsible for maintaining Morgan Stanley at Works paid media presence across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Digital Direct and Programmatic including ABM.As a key member of our team, you will work with stakeholders across the firm to craft engaging paid media campaigns with the goals of acquiring net new prospects, increase brand awareness/affinity and driving further audience engagement and traffic to the website. In this role, you will oversee Morgan Stanley at Work’s global media efforts supporting our B2B line of business campaigns throughout strategy, planning and execution phases, working with internal stakeholders and external media agency resources to develop cross-channel plans that deliver upon campaign objectives. This individual should have hands-on experience with detailed tactical media plan development, the ability to develop strategic partnerships for the brand and strong project management skills to support the documentation, activation, and overall performance of media. Media agency experience and working with B2B clients is a strong preference for this candidate.Responsibilities:• Create robust media strategies for our business partners that reflect unique audience targets, objectives, messaging strategies and optimal channel mix.• Identify high value audience targets and guide segmentation exercises, and lead development of tactical media plans that span a range of channels, platforms, and partners to best reach those audiences. This includes areas of the business that have recently undergone acquisitions or integrations.• Manage internal firmwide media relationships while holding them accountable for the development and delivery of high-quality media plans.• Grow Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and uphold lead generation campaign development and measurement.• Collaborate with our social media and SEO teams to optimize our social and search strategy, with alignment to the overarching marketing, communications, and business objectives.• Facilitate communications across Marketing to showcase channel effectiveness of campaigns while providing key insights to help optimize future campaign strategies.• Stay up to date on constantly evolving paid media trends to help develop, support, and train various team members on paid media best practices.• Create actionable project timelines for all media plan components or campaigns, partnering with internal and external (media agency) teams to ensure alignment on all deadlines and deliverables; track project progress against that timeline and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders throughout campaign management process.* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field* 8-10 years’ experience working as a Paid Media Director, B2B or enterprise agency experience preferred.* Fluency of media activation and paid media channels, with an emphasis on ABM and audience segmentation.* Data-driven aptitude to digest data from internal/external data sources and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance with KPIs while communicating performance into reports for executives.* Experience developing campaign strategies around SEO SEM from inception to execution.* Proven track record of driving acquisition and increasing brand awareness.* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Experience managing agency teams in media strategy and execution.* Knowledge of competitive and industry trends (emerging digital platforms, new media publishers, audience targeting and data privacy regulation, etc.)* Results-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; high attention to accuracy and detail/organization.* Project management skills with an ability to accurately prioritize delivery of existing projects while concurrently planning future projects.* Highly conscious of risk and the responsibility of being a steward of the brands reputation.Morgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
