With world-class R&D, design, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and service teams throughout the world, we do it all.The Marketing Content Specialist provides day-to-day support for content creation and maintenance on Amazon and other online partner websites, such as Lowes and ACE. This person will also support our Bazaar Voice review and influencer programs by handling the provision of all samples.Responsibilities:+ Support setup and online merchandising of EGO, SKIL and FLEX on retail partners product pages.+ Update and maintain retail partner brand pages for EGO, SKIL and FLEX .+ Supporting content development for Enhanced Content on Amazon and retail partners.+ Maintain launch, seasonal and activation planning calendar in conjunction with brand and channel marketing plans.+ Building product data exports for channel partners:+ Researching needs+ Extracting data from company product data warehouse+ Researching and correcting/completing erroneous/missing information+ Coordinating product sample needs with Bazaar Voice (consumer reviews) and influencers (managed by agency) and overseeing the process of request, shipping and receipt of samples.Competencies+ Teamwork – the position must work with product management, IT, and marketing+ Organizational skills – this position oversees projects with tight timelines+ Customer service – this position will interface with channel customers+ Attention to detail – the work product requires the highest level of accuracy+ Analytics – the position requires research and problem solving skills+ Communication proficiency – this position requires strong English written and oral communication skills+ Computer skills – this position will be working to research, cleanse and syndicate data to all Chervon channel partnersRequired Education and Experience:+ BS/BA or equivalent experience in digital marketing and/or content creation+ Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once;+ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and ProjectPreferred Experience:+ Experience with online content creation and management;+ Previous experience in marketing+ Prior experience in data management, hygiene or governance a plusSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.TravelThis position is not anticipated to require travel at this time.Work EnvironmentChervon North America operates in a casual and fun environment.
