We are seeking a District Marketing Manager to support multiple accounts within the division to guide unit directors, marketing coordinators and/or marketing interns in the execution of Chartwells brand standards, field marketing strategy, and supports division and sector growth, retention, and innovation efforts.With Chartwells rapid growth trajectory, there's immense potential for you to advance expertly and make an immediate impact in our marketing programs!Key Responsibilities:+ Guides units in the execution of marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, catering and retail sales drivers+ Ensures units adhere to Chartwells residential, retail, and catering brand standards, including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platforms+ Works in cooperation with the campus community to enhance campus partnerships and to support awareness of dining programs, including sustainability efforts, programming for nutritional and dietary awareness, residential dining experience, etc.+ Guides accounts in the execution of events and guest feedback programs+ Develops marketing collateral and communications pieces, including brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, promotional guides, guest feedback systems, etc.+ Supports new business and retention efforts, including guest feedback, proposal development and presentations+ Supports the development and execution of sector marketing and innovations initiativesPreferred Qualifications:+ BS degree in Marketing, Culinary, Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.+ Minimum of three years marketing management experience, with contract foodservice experience preferred+ Interpersonal skills which support the ability to influence without direct authority, holding standards of new programs high and ensuring accountability across the field+ Strong presentation skills and the ability to address content across stakeholders from regional support level to the field and front-line associates+ Detail oriented with strong writing skills to create and steward brand materials and voice+ Base understanding of the financial components of contract food service and origins of revenue, margin, costs and risks+ Role requires up to extensive travel between accounts in the NY metro area during the day and could include overnight travel to different locations on occasion.Embark on a dynamic career journey with us, where innovation and creativity thrive, and your contributions make a tangible impact on campus life!
