The Event Marketing, Sponsorships & Creative Services Operations Team Vice President is a new role of the newly formed Operations team supporting Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Event Marketing, Sponsorships and Creative Services. The Event Marketing, Sponsorship & Creative Services team partners with the key senior stakeholders to provide end-to-end strategy and execution of franchise client events and sponsorships across all lines of business within the Commercial & Investment Bank. The Operations team is rooted in the core principles of support - people, process and technology - and manages global projects and initiatives to provide consistency and increase efficiency and effectiveness for planners and event marketers.As a Event Marketing, Sponsorships & Creative Services Operations Team Vice President you will be a senior member of the team where you will possess a proven track record of program management experience with large-scale, global technology projects and system implementations and an understanding of data and analytics, especially related to ROI. In addition, you will work with a matrixed group of functional teams including Global Technology, line of business Technology, Controls and Compliance.**Job responsibilities:**+ Develop and own full programs for migrations to new event management tools - Stova and Buy the Sell - including discovery and scoping to training, implementation and enhancements.+ Become an integral member of the CRM integration team based on Commercial & Investment Bank-wide and firmwide capabilities/strategy.+ Identify technology solutions and apps for planners and event marketers that can streamline and improve their event management experience or solve for areas of concern/inefficiency while continuously looking for innovation.+ Work in tandem with other LOBs and/or firmwide Operations teams to ensure we are consistent and working in lock-step.+ Work directly with technology vendors and suppliers.+ Become a 'super user' of core event related technologies.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ 8+ years of experience in operations, project management or strategy. Support of or work in events, marketing or a related field; BA degree or equivalent+ Executive level verbal and written communication skills+ Detail-oriented and organized with a strength in project and data management+ Proactive, self-sufficient, resourceful and motivated; strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against timelines+ Ability to multitask and be flexible in a high-energy, fast-paced environment+ Ability to problem solve/think independently+ Willingness to be a team player and work well within a matrixed organization: peers, partners, management, relationship managers and clients+ Must be able to tackle any task, trouble shoot and exemplify a positive attitude and commitment to success+ Expert in Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint+ Proficiency with firm-wide systems or ability to quickly learn systems+ Requires minimal travel**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ Experience in the financial industry+ Experience with SharePointJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
