Job Title: Communications OperatorJob DescriptionOur Client is seeking Communications Operators to join their 24/7 Communication Center team. The Communication Center supports the Health System by handling both Non-Emergency and Emergency service lines. Non-Emergency calls involve providing directions, information, and forwarding to appropriate clinics or contacts. Emergency calls involve addressing various emergency codes and dispatching appropriate services. The role involves operating multiple communication tools simultaneously and following standard operating procedures for documentation.
