Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**Our team focuses on using advanced analytics to create strategies that retain and engage DISH customers. Our analysts have a huge impact on the performance of the broader business.**Key Responsibilities:**+ **Drive Decision-Making:** Use coding, analytics, and advanced modeling to understand project success, areas of opportunity, and make informed, strategic business decisions+ **Strategic Leadership** : Present weekly to the President of DISH TV and other high-level executives to gain alignment on business direction and to implement effective strategies+ **Maximize Customer Lifetime Value:** Develop and deploy monetization, marketing, retention, and upsell strategies to increase the profitability of our customer base, improve engagement, and ultimately reduce churn for DISH+ **Creative Business Development** : Think creatively and analytically to drive revenue and cash flow for DISH; lead the strategy to upgrade customers to the latest equipment, and drive engagement with the DISH product**Skills, Experience and Requirements****The keys to your success at DISH are your pride, curiosity, sense of adventure, and desire to win every single day. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
