Technical Proposal Author_

**Responsibilities**We are seeking an experienced technical proposal writer to work as surge support for federal civilian bids. An ideal candidate will have experience as a key contributor to large ($200M+ in total value) federal proposals as a technical contributor or volume lead.**Responsibilities**+ Develop and write high quality proposals in response to federal government solicitations+ Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical performers to create content and incorporate into proposals+ Ensure proposals align with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria+ Edit and proofread proposals for clarity, accuracy, and brevity**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor’s degree in technical field, or equivalent experience along with 10+ years of reated experince.+ Proven experience writing and developing proposals+ Understanding of federal government acquisition processes+ Ability to translate and articulate technical needs into proposal solutions+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite+ Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines**Desired Qualifications**+ Experience with FAA Acquisition Management System**Overview**Noblis (oblis.org/) and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI , and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. The projected compensation range for this position** **is provided within the posting and** **are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
