We have been ranked #1 by J.D. Power for U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction and have recently rolled out digital account opening nationwide. To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to own our brand building efforts. In this newly created role on the SBB Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a strategy to improve awareness of the Capital One Business brand and banking solutions. Example initiatives that you would lead include:+ Partnering with Enterprise Brand teams to develop a “brand plan” for SBB and define the category associations we want to drive+ Collaborating with marketing partners in Business Card & Payments to leverage joint sponsorships to grow awareness that we offer business banking+ Developing a plan to leverage our Cafes / branch assets and execute in-person activations / events to drive awareness of our solutions+ Optimizing how we write creative briefs and reviewing creative assets to ensure consistent messaging that is unique to SBB products and value propositionsYou will work closely with our entire SBB Marketing team, consisting of Business Analysts and Project Managers, to define and execute on our brand building plan.
