Oversees that the automation and jobs are completed accurately within the software for national/enterprise, multi-market, internal marketing and affiliate orders/revisions. Fulfill tasks that the software is not able to complete. These tasks include but are not limited to: processing of complex and/or custom advertising campaigns, troubleshooting order automation output, and necessary auditing of orders. Has daily deadlines that need to be met, and is metrics driven to ensure efficiency and accountability. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Advertising experience preferred.**Job Description**Core Responsibilities+ Demonstrate self-reliance of processing high-volume, high-grossing, complex video and display advertising campaigns at a consistently high-accuracy rate for national, multi-market, internal marketing and affiliate lines of business.+ Advertising Operations experience preferred+ Support and operational management of client order/revision processing into scheduling platforms.+ Perform necessary auditing of orders/revisions to ensure accuracy of discounts, fees, and data governance coding details.+ Monitor automation and workload needs based on daily timeline and service level agreements.+ Build strong understanding of order/revision workflow.+ Gain ability to decipher, promote and troubleshoot orders/revisions that have been flagged by robotic process automation (RPA) system.+ Build and maintain understanding of workflow within all necessary platforms.+ Has an analytical approach to solving major issues, such as correcting data entry errors by escalating to the appropriate parties after completing all background research.+ Provide expertise, field questions, advise, and regularly communicate with partner departments to resolve issues and deliver superior customer experience, including but not limited to: missing or unclear order settings/data.+ Collaborate with team and leaders to create enhancements in automation and workflow efficiencies.+ Utilize past experience to recognize issues and anticipate challenges that may arise in order to draw sound judgments and conclusions.+ Work on special projects as assigned.+ Manage and monitor deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).+ Meet or exceed all established workload and accuracy goals.+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
