**A Snapshot of Your Day**We are seeking for a creative and open-minded talent to join our team of the Siemens Energy as an Internal Communications Coordinator (f/m/d) for the Business Area Project Entity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and driving internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees at all levels about the organization globally. This role will involve creating compelling content, leading internal communication channels, and supporting leadership in effectively communicating key messages.The successful candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, a keen understanding of internal communication standard processes, and the ability to collaborate with various partners to drive employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. If you are a proactive and collaborative professional with a passion for internal communications, we would love to hear from you.**How You’ll Make an Impact**+ Develop and implement a communication strategy for the Project Entity global function+ Plan and manage internal events, such as all employee meetings and offside+ Maintain feedback channels and participate in the employee feedback process+ Work closely with HR, leadership, and other departments to align communication efforts with organizational goals+ Manage and participate in external communication efforts such as job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent and promote the organization's culture and values+ Produce high-quality, engaging content for various internal and external channels+ Support onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and processes**What You Bring**+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources or equivalent, or comparable apprenticeship with additional qualification+ Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization+ Proficiency with communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, intranet systems, and social media+ Fluent English language skills**About the Team**The Project Entity team is responsible for world class execution and the successful delivery of complex projects across all Business Areas within Siemens Energy.
