Marketing Manager II_

**Job Description:**Drive marketing programs to build Client’s Small Business brand awareness. Plan and deliver online campaigns, including placements, email campaigns, and push notifications. Execute Holiday marketing including deals merchandising, Holiday Gift Guides, and Small Business Storefront updates. Compile, analyse, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance. Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work**Day to Day:**+ Heavy merchandising and marketing execution+ Improving and refreshing storefront site+ Update headshot and bio blurbs+ Highlight small businesses+ Scheduling in content symphony+ Using image creation tools+ Pulling reporting for small business deals+ Collaboration with internal and external partners**Qualifications:**+ 3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketing+ Site merchandizing experience+ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Table, V-Lookup)+ Previous experience in merchandise creation+ Previous experience in creation tools**Education requirements** :BA in Marketing or Relevant Experience**Top 3 Required skills:**+ 3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketing+ Site merchandizing experience+ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Needs to have Excel experience in Pivot Table and V-Lookup).**About US Tech Solutions:**US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
