Select Bankcard is a full-service payments technology provider that is based in Utah County. We are actively recruiting for our Marketing Coordinator position. Select Bankcard is looking for someone ambitious to help build the marketing function at the company and make a meaningful impact on our success.

Select Bankcard builds technology that makes it easier for businesses to accept payments—via credit and debit cards, ACH, gift cards, and more. Our technology and talented team also help banks, credit unions, software companies, and other key partners to manage their payment operations and serve their business clients. We pride ourselves on delivering delightful payments experiences to our clients. We are pursuing ambitious plans.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Marketing Coordinator position offers an annual salary of $48,000 to $54,000 depending on marketing and design experience. We provide excellent 100% company-paid health and dental insurance with monthly employer contributions to an HSA, an onsite gym, paid time off, parental leave, and monthly massages. In addition, our offices are great! Everyone has private offices and we have arcades, a golf simulator, and soda machines in office. Select Bankcard also has several company-paid events every year.
WORK DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator will have the task of driving the vision and values of the company and reinforcing the presence of Select Bankcard in the merchant services industry. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the head of marketing, currently the Chief Product Officer. Responsibilities include:
Developing and designing concepts and materials for marketing, web, tradeshows, and all other corporate needs, both independently and in collaboration with third party marketing firmsPreparing and distributing marketing and promotional materials for use by sales partners and the companyConducting market analysis and researchUpdating all company materials, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date contentDeveloping a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets and opportunities, and effectively communicating competitive advantagesCoordinating with all relevant departments to establish protocols for all mass communicationManaging and maintaining graphic and other template materials, including logos, photos, and artDevelop, document, and improve marketing processes and proceduresManaging outbound communications to clients, in coordination with client management teamsTracking public awareness of the companyWORK SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT
