JOB DESCRIPTION

Distribution Marketing supports the Distribution Sales team, one of the primary revenue drivers for the company. Distribution Marketing manages the relationships with distributor marketing teams to promote the value of our content offering and utilize their reach to promote our products and services.

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant, Distribution Marketing. In this exciting position, the Assistant, Distribution Marketing will serve an admin to the Vice President Distribution Marketing, and as the department assistant for the LA-based Distribution Marketing team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Heavy administrative support for VP, limited administrative support for LA-based directors; Includes scheduling meetings, booking travel, completing expense reports

Support portfolio team on marketing communications including coordinating talking points, stories for e-newsletters, asset collection and uploads to B2B websites, and PowerPoint presentations

Project support for brand and account teams, including resourcing premiums, coordinating travel for talent appearances, inputting campaigns into the media value tracker, marketing asset routings, consolidating programming grids, etc.

Bachelor's degree

Prior work experience; ideally in a professional environment

Knowledge of marketing/media industry

Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented office

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and organize high volumes of work

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $18.25-26.20 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
