With our deep understanding of human behaviour and media and creative knowledge, we produce customised advertising solutions to capture attention and turn insights into action for our clients.The RoleAs our Creative Project Manager, you will be supporting our Creative Director and our growing creative team in developing project and team planning solutions. You will be required to effectively and efficiently manage multiple requests and briefs throughout the team.Internal stakeholder management, exceptional organizational skills and an ability to effectively delegate tasks to ensure a smooth delivery of projects will be crucial for this role. As our Creative Project Managers, you'll oversee multiple projects, deadlines and resources, which requires a strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work planMonitor, manage and administer the timely progress of client projects and client workflowOrganize and schedule project and creative briefs working with clients and creative team members and suppliers.Manage client projects from end to end, using ClickUp and approved company systems and processes.
