Responsibilities
Perform structural design and analysis tasks for projects, including bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects under the oversight of a senior engineerPrepare contract documents for bridge design projects, including design calculations, developments of plans, specifications, quantities, and estimates, and submittal of reviews during constructionPrepare detailed plans for assigned bridge engineering tasksOccasional field site visits
Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering requiredEIT Certification preferredUp to two years of experienceMicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience preferredFamiliarity with AASHTO LRFD Code RequirementsFamiliarity with Structural Engineering and Analysis softwareExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments
