RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Writer in Madison, WI.Summary:This UX Content Writer role is more specialized, writing for mobile for MyAccount (pay bill, make claim, add vehicle, see policy) and understands of how to write for UX best practice. You will write from one screen to another seamlessly; What's the brand experience, customer experience from a company perspective and how do we layer UX best practices on top; Dedicated to our services work (MyAccount functions on company mobile app).Duties:
UX - on our services platform, MyAccount to login to accountOptimizing to add a vehicle and guide thru the processHave the mobile app and optimizing everything for mobilePage copy is too longThinking of best practices of mobileREQUIREMENTS:Experience working w UX Designers (will be partnered with UX Designer); The writer and designer will work together on the ideal contentUnderstand UX best practicesMobile content optimizationCan teach brand, voice & tone, and customer experiencePutting together UX contentThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
