We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Marketing Operations Project Manager

to be the glue that helps keep projects – and people – together by providing project and tool management for the corporate marketing team. This role will be critical in establishing project management rigor within the department, as we look to transform our storytelling capabilities and elevate our ongoing support to stakeholders. The role is a highly collaborative position and, as such, partners with the business units and other corporate departments on company initiatives.

Configure, manage, and improve system solutions, specifically Adobe Workfront and other marketing tool solutions (i.e. a Dam, social tools, etc)

Establish and maintain project management processes including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production, and archiving

Lead teams in developing comprehensive communication and marketing campaign plans that outline specific tasks and milestones, facilitating final review and approval of all campaign components prior to delivery

Serve as the point of contact for projects within a team consisting of copywriters, art directors, designers, video producers and editors to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned

Understand company guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, videos, print production and content pieces

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach across channels

Lead the charge in implementing new project management process and best practices, and training / guiding other creative PM's on new procedures.

Create, maintain, and distribute SOP and creative process documentation. Partner with initiative leads to develop training and provide feedback and recommendations for implementation.

Support optimization of Workfront and associated integrations, automation, and workflows for creative teams.

Tech Support for Workfront: Troubleshooting issues, submitting support tickets, building reports and templates, setting up new users and managing user access, attending Adobe learning sessions for tool support.

In addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field

7-10 years of experience in campaign or traffic management in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment

Highly Proficient with marketing operations tools and systems – Workfront, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canto, and social media platforms

Ability to articulate project management approach and updates to stakeholders at all levels

The ability to influence, collaborate, and be adaptable within cross-functional teams and internal clients

Experience with online projects (website, digital channels, analytics and related tools) and offline projects (e.g.: events, print collateral, print catalogs)

Broad knowledge of the process relating to creative development; print and digital media; and other marketing tactics in order to effectively manage resources, time and budgets

Ability to identify and understand the dependencies within marketing, and to think out-of-the box, and drive creative project management solutions

Strategic and critical thinker with excellent written and oral communication skills
