The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for the technical integration and management of CRM systems with major advertising and social media platforms, including Google, Meta, and others. This individual will work closely with both IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution of these integrated systems. A key focus will be on implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize marketing automation and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to analyze and optimize marketing data and processes.

Major Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the technical integration of CRM systems with advertising and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.Ensure data consistency and integrity across all integrated platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly and effectively.Analyze Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, ensuring optimal use of its features.Develop and execute marketing automation strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Support Marketing with customer journeys, phone and email campaigns through CRM and CTI platforms.Maintain a deep understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and CRM integrations.Provide technical support and training to marketing teams on the use of integrated systems.Lead projects related to CRM and marketing platform integrations from inception to completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.Document and maintain detailed records of integration processes and configurations.Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.Manage Lead Management software in partnership with Marketing team.Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or related field3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or IT environmentStrong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integrations with digital marketing platforms3-5 years' experience integrating Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud with major marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads/Meta Business Suite)Experience with Lead Management platforms (e.g. ActiveProspect) strongly preferred2-3 years' experience maintaining integrations with IPaaS/Middleware tools (Workato/Mulesoft/etc.)Demonstrated knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
